- Someone who wants to own their work from beginning to end. The team is small, so everyone here has a real say in what they do and nobody duplicates anybody else.
- 02 Who
- We are not looking for agency experience. Having built something of your own, finished it and looked at how it went is more than enough for us.
- 03 Tone
- This is a place where people speak plainly. We say when we do not know something and we talk through disagreements openly. We prefer work that does the job over presentations that shine.
- 04 Deliverable
- Your answer to the single question below. No need to prepare a CV; a portfolio or LinkedIn link is plenty for us.

What happens next
We read your application
We read every application that arrives and write back to all of them. If it is not the right moment we say so — nobody is left without an answer.
We get to know each other
If we need someone like you and we are excited about working together, we have a half-hour conversation. There is no technical exam; we talk about the work you have done and how you like to work.
We do a small piece of work together
If the conversation goes well we start with a small paid assignment, so that both of us can see what working together would actually be like.
